Seven-Day Return Window

A return request must be submitted within 7 calendar days after the order is marked delivered. To start a return, email sam@syaexp.com with the order number, the item to be returned, and the reason for the request. Items sent back without prior return approval may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, an item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received, with its original packaging, accessories, and tags when applicable. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, opened or used intimate goods and personal-care items cannot be returned. Final-sale items, gift cards, customized items, and items damaged through misuse are also non-returnable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect the order after delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within the 7-day return window and include clear photos. When the issue is confirmed, Shengya E-Commerce Co., Ltd. will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution and cover reasonable return shipping when a return is required.

Return Shipping

For an approved return based on customer preference, fit, or another non-defect reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error or a confirmed product defect.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the refund decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Financial institutions may require 5–10 business days to post the credit after it is issued.

Exchanges and Cancellations

The most reliable way to obtain a different item is to return the eligible item and place a new order. A cancellation request may be submitted before an order enters processing, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing begins or after shipment.
